| Summary, etc. | Como habíamos dicho en las ediciones anteriores la especialidad de recursos humanos es cada vez mas compleja y amplia.<br/>Consecuentemente y prosiguiendo con el estudio de cada ciencia hemos realizado una investigación de los cambios producidos para introducirnos al sigo XXI en el contexto de la globalizacion que se esta dando en el mundo laboral y, por consiguiente, entramos en igualdad de condiciones con los países de avanzada en la materia.<br/>Como es costumbre, el autor y el colaborador de esta obra han tratado de usar términos entendibles en cada uno de los conceptos técnicos, pues lo que se ha considerado es que su contenido fuera interpretado tanto por un alumno de cualquier nivel de aprendizaje, como por aquel profesional de la administración de recursos humanos, con la humildad y la experiencia de nuestras trayectorias laborales.<br/>Esperamos que de la misma manera que las obras anteriores, esta sea una colaboración positiva para todos aquellos que necesiten conocer o aplicar esta ciencia que relaciona a las distintas organizaciones con los recursos humanos para la consecución de un objeto común. |
