Este manual, de carácter eminente practico, tiene como objeto: <br/>LA FORMACIÓN de especialistas en la entrevista en el sentido mas amplio de la palabra.<br/>NO limitándose a la entrevista industrial, sino abarcando todas las facetas de este particular tipo de dialogo humano.<br/>la entrevista en este libro esta considerada desde el punto de vista SOCIOLÓGICO, mientras que en las técnicas de empleo se tienen en cuenta los recursos PSICOLÓGICOS que pueden ser utilizados.<br/>Por otra parte, el libro esta orientado hacia una meta totalmente practica y formativa, por que creemos que es la manera de responder mas efectivamente a las necesidades de aquellos que están interesados en la aplicación de estas materias.<br/>Pero no por esto hemos rehuido la necesaria y lógica interpretación de orden teórico, de modo que también pueda servir de instrumento a los estudiosos de esta nueva ciencia, que, como ocurre en la mayoría de los campos de investigación psico-sociologica, tanto necesita de nuevas ideas y orientaciones que descubran cada vez mas posibilidades. |
