| Summary, etc. | Desde Taylor hasta hoy, los procesos industriales han sido muy estudiados y se han medido de manera científica para su mejora. Este trabajo está totalmente pendiente en los trabajos de oficina y administrativos. Si tenemos en cuenta, además, que las tareas administrativas superan en peso a las tareas fabriles ¿A qué estamos esperando?<br/>Este libro presenta una guía metódica para estudiar y mejorar los procesos de trabajo administrativos aunque esto no es suficiente. El problema del trabajador de administración no es sólo hacer un proceso eficiente y eficaz, el problema es la cantidad de procesos que debe gestionar dentro de un mismo día, la multitarea. El libro presenta cómo hacer la gestión de la multitarea para que sobre tiempo para llevarlo todo a cabo.<br/>Tengamos en cuenta que todos hacemos trabajos administrativos, desde un contable hasta un director general. De hecho, los trabajadores del conocimiento dedican la gran mayoría de su tiempo a tareas administrativas y una pequeña parte al conocimiento, a aquello que da valor a su trabajo. Cuanto más se reduzca la carga administrativa, los directivos y técnicos podrán ser mejores en su trabajo, simplemente porque les quedará más tiempo para hacerlo.<br/>Este material está dirigido a responsables de administración, gerentes, jefes de producción, estudiantes de ingeniería industrial y a cualquiera que tenga bajo su responsabilidad o lleve a cabo procesos administrativos.<br/>Es un material novedoso que pone de manifiesto lo mucho que se puede mejorar el trabajo en las oficinas. Se aporta un ejemplo de un proyecto de diagnóstico y mejora de tareas administrativas que ayudará a asimilar las herramientas que se muestran en el contenido. |
