Summary, etc.	En este libro se presentan las ecuaciones diferenciales y en diferencias de una integrada, aunque en dos partes independientes para facilitar, si así se desea, una lectura autónoma de cada una de ellas.<br/>El contenido es amplio y permite componer con el cursos de distinta longitud, profundidad y ordenación en los temas tratados, ya que los usos que un científico o técnico puede darle a ambos tipos de ecuaciones son muy diversos.<br/>La lectura mas elemental de este libro requiere solamente nociones básicas de calculo diferencial e integral y de manejo de matrices. La lectura mas avanzada (que precisa de una mayor familiaridad con el calculo diferencial de varias variables) conviene a aquellos científicos aplicados que necesitan en sus campos de investigación conceptos y métodos mas complejos d sistema dinámicos.<br/>Cada parte se desarrolla con la mayor independencia posible, y se intenta que cada unidad temática avance un nivel de dificultad creciente. Con la gran cantidad de figuras incluidas se ilustran visualmente los conceptos, propiedades y aplicaciones tratados en el texto. Asimismo, cada capitulo contiene un buen numero de ejemplos convenientemente desarrollados y comentados, así como una amplia selección de problemas propuestos.
