| Summary, etc. | Esta tesis constituye el primer esfuerzo para caracterizar e identificar el componente genético del GPAA en tres familias peruanas, donde la reiterada presencia de la enfermedad sugiere casualidad genética. Esto se realiza usando marcadores microsatelites asociados a loci de GPAAA, o por la detección de mutaciones en MYOC y OPTN mediante la técnica CSGE (electrolisis en geles sensibles a cambios conformacinales) y subsecuente secuenciamineto. |
