| Summary, etc. | El albaricoquero es hoy uno de los arboles frutales mas cultivados en las regiones meridionales de Europa, tanto para consumo en fresco d sus frutos como para industria.<br/>El cultivo del albaricoquero llevado durante mucho tiempo de una manera tradicional tanto en España como en los demás países cultivadores ha sufrido este útlimos años una profunda evolución: grandes esfuerzos de creación varietal, mejora de las técnicas culturales y de la calidad de sus frutos han permitido ofrecer a consumidores y transformadores productos de gran valor, mejor adaptados al mercado.<br/>Confiamos que este pequeño manual pueda servir como guía de los elementos básicos y de las adquisiciones mas recientes sobre todos los aspectos de esta producción frutal.<br/> |
