| Summary, etc. | La medicina veterinaria tradicional ha estudiado la enfermedades de los animales domésticos, algunas de animales silvestres y del hombre en su calidad de específicas o interespecíficas, incluyendo a las zoonosis. En este libro se estudian los parásitos y las enfermedades parasitarias de bovinos, ovinos, equinos, porcinos, caninos, felinos, conejos, gallináceas, palomas, patos y gansos. Sin embargo, la parasitología veterinaria es mucho más amplia y requiere de obras complementarias. <br/><br/>Se pretende que después de leer este libro el estudiante tenga una visión general del complejo parásito y la enfermedad parasitaria, que le permita ir a la búsqueda de información más específica, y que el médico veterinario zootecnista que realiza la práctica de campo pueda actualizar sus conocimientos para un mejor desarrollo de la actividad profesional. |
