Se trata de un trabajo que viene a llenar un gran vacío porque, efectivamente, todavía no hay una historia completa del teatro peruano, que además consigne las obras de los autores más importantes.<br/><br/>Juan Rivera Saavedra es un auténtico narrador de historias reales y de ficción desde niño. Debido a su talento y ejercicio literario, ha merecido ser nominado como el escritor más distinguido y prolífico de América Latina, recibió el Premio Nacional de Teatro otorgado por el Instituto Nacional de Cultura y fue dos veces premiado por la Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos. Pero más allá de los merecidos premios y distinciones, Juan Rivera Saavedra es un escritor fecundo, así lo confirma este libro de crítica teatral, además lleno de biografías de autores teatrales. |
