Summary, etc.	Para alcanzar el Desarrollo Sostenible en todas las Naciones del mundo, la ONU en el año 2000, estableció la "Declaración de los Objetivos del Milenio". desde esa fecha los países han comenzado trabajar, unos mas que otros, para lograrlos en el año 2015. A casi dos tercios del tiempo transcurrido, estas áreas sean vuelto mas desafiantes en relación al entorno favorable de desarrollo que se mantenía desde comienzos de la década lo que ha contribuido a alcanzar aceptables logros hasta el momento, y que ahora se encuentran amenazados, debido a que enfrentamos una desaceleracion económica con síntomas de una aguda crisis mundial y una crisis en una seguridad alimentaria, ambas de magnitud y duración inciertas, a esto se suma el calentamiento global que sea vuelto ahora mas evidente.
