| Summary, etc. | La Enseñanza Individualizada por Materias es un método básico y un texto que ofrece indicaciones practicas para conocer las necesidades de cada alumno en las materias principales que se enseñan en la escuela elemental. Hace una exposición detallada materia por materia donde se muestra como individualizarse la instrucción de la lectura, la escritura,m la ortografía, las matemáticas, las ciencias los conocimientos sociales, y las habilidades de trabajo-estudio. En cada materia se presentan situaciones concretas, de modo que los profesores de todo tipo de escuelas puedan adaptar a sus situaciones particulares y a los problemas individuales de sus alumnos una vasta serie de técnicas y materiales al planificar los programas de clase. Los autores conceden especial importancia al trabajo en grupos pequeños y explican el uso de esta técnica con recursos tales como los textos múltiples, series combinadas de libros, aprendizaje programado, circuito cerrado de televisión y enseñanza en equipo |
