Summary, etc.	El presente documento "Como dirigir una institución Educativa" tiene como objetivo brindar una ayuda a los docentes, directores que tienen a cargo la conducción de la educación en el ámbito territorial llamado institución educativa (I.E) que les puede regir; con la finalidad de contribuir al desarrollo de su desenvolvimiento y compartir las virtudes con los alumnos. Por que el educar niños y adolescentes es tener menos adultos que corregir.<br/>En los últimos años la educación se convirtió en una rutina o monotonía, de tal manera que el estudiante solo conoce los mismo métodos aprendidos por sus padres y hermanos mayores. En la actualidad la educación es la fuente primaria en cuanto al desarrollo psíquico, cultural, social, emocional, intelectual, económico, etc.; una fuente que abre las puertas al progreso y al triunfo en lo personal, así como en lo social.
