| Summary, etc. | El rectorado de la universidad Alas Peruanas acogió con sumo agrado la solicitud de auspiciar los trabajos de cientos de alumnos de pre y post grado de distintas casas de estudios del país, relacionados con el COPER Un modelo Peruano para liderar el cambio organizacional .<br/>En un inicio, la Universidad Alas Peruanas publico la 1ra. dimensión del modelo referido, La Humana; edición que tuvo una calurosa acogida. luego dispusimos publicar las dimensiones conceptuales y funcional de COPER; trabajo que recibió, igual aceptación afectuosa. La 3ra. dimensión fue resultado de la labor de los alumnos de post grado de la U.N. Agraria de la Molina. El presente texto contiene la dimensión Física, con la cual se complementa las cinco dimensiones que contiene la estructura básica del modelo. |
