| Summary, etc. | Etica para corruptos indaga sobre las causas que impulsan a gobernantes y funcionarios de la administración a realizar prácticas corruptas; también destaca la importancia de la ética en el servicio público para hacer frente a la pandemia de la corrupción y a los diversos contravalores que infectan la vida pública, mostrando que la ética en el servicio público es posible, y que su aplicación mediante una política de Estado es, además, rentable.
