| Summary, etc. | Este libro pretende ayudar a todos cuantos elaboran vino como afición en la resolución de los problemas, grandes y pequeños, que este hobby lleva consigo: Para el principiante, una orientación en la adquisición de conocimientos básicos; para el ya experimentado, un resumen de indudable utilidad. El enólogo que elabora vino a escala industrial recurre, en cambio, a literatura más especializada para obtener la información que le interesa.<br/>De aquí que en la presente obra se haya renunciado a la descripción de aquellos métodos para los que son necesarios instrumentos especiales de elevado precio, que habitualmente sólo se utilizan en bodegas industriales.<br/>En la preparación del presente libro se ha intentado describir todos los procesos químicos y técnicos con la mayor sencillez y claridad posibles, para que también resulten comprensibles sin conocimientos previos. Las fórmulas químicas se reúnen en el Apéndice al efecto, pero no resultan importantes para la comprensión del texto. |
