| Summary, etc. | Joyas de la Tierra – Minerales del Perú, es un homenaje al Perú en el campo de la Mineralogía, ciencia poco conocida en nuestro país, que es reconocida en el mundo por la extraordinaria belleza de sus minerales cristalizados. Testimonio de esta realidad son los museos más famosos, que poseen verdaderas joyas mineralógicas de origen peruano. En el año 2008, se funda el Museo de Minerales Andrés del Castillo, que posee una colección de 3,000 piezas de minerales cristalizados. Los minerales que aparecen en este libro pertenecen a la colección del Museo. |
