| Summary, etc. | El presente trabajo tuvo como objetivo evaluar la actividad antimicrobiana in vitro de los aceites esenciales de anís (Pimpinella anisum L.) de los ecotipos Curahuasi y Boliviano, el cual se obtuvo por el método de destilación por arrastre de vapor de agua; posteriormente fue sometido a un análisis para la determinación de su composición química por medio del Cromatógrafo de gases (EM/CG) y por el método de difusión en agar se evaluó la actividad antimicrobiana frente al E. coli, Salmonella typhi y Penicillium sp; bajo el diseño experimental fue de los factores de ecotipo y concentración. El efecto antimicrobiano del aceite esencial de anís (Pimpinella anisum L.) ecotipos Curahuasi y Boliviano fueron evaluados in vitro, con las pruebas de inhibición del crecimiento de los microorganismos de E Coli, Salmonella typhi y Penicillium sp, después de las 24 horas de incubación se midió los halos de inhibición para cada microorganismo. |
