| Summary, etc. | El principal objetivo de este trabajo, ha sido el desarrollo de un sistema para contribuir al reporte de deficiencias en la red vial de la ciudad de Abancay, de tal forma que pueda ayudar al bienestar de la población y facilitar la gestión de los procesos, tales como registro de las incidencias o problemas en la red vial, manejo de información e interacción con la población, además de aligerar la carga de trabajo en la Municipalidad Provincial de Abancay. El tipo de investigación que se empleó en la presente tesis es una investigación aplicada con un estudio experimental, utilizando tecnologías para el desarrollo de software a medida como: práctica ágil Scrum, lenguaje de programación Php, gestor de base de datos Mysql, jQuery Mobile, API de Google Maps. La presente Investigación se realizó sobre una muestra de 45 personas, donde se cumplió con los objetivos planteados. El estudio demostró que al aplicar el sistema el promedio de respuesta a las deficiencias en la red vial es de 9 .08 minutos haciendo uso del sistema móvil y 22.38 minutos sin el sistema móvil. Y se concluye que el Sistema de Reporte Ciudadano contribuye significativamente al reporte de deficiencias en la red vial. <br/> |
