| Summary, etc. | Bioquímica básica materializa el eje central de una disciplina cuya enorme extensión imposibilita la elaboración de un texto completo que sea accesible a los estudiantes de los diferentes grados. Con el propósito de aportar una visión funcional, se han incorporado a los capítulos fundamentales de la bioquímica básica otros dirigidos a revisar los aspectos más relevantes y actuales, para comprender los fundamentos moleculares de determinados procesos fisiológicos.<br/>En esta obra se han incluido algunos capítulos que normalmente no se encuentran en textos docentes de bioquímica o que, si están presentes, no se desarrollan suficientemente, pero que son actuales y necesarios para comprender la base molecular de los procesos fisiológicos. Se describen de una forma relativamente básica aspectos del metabolismo y su control que constituyen los cimientos para comprender muchos de los fundamentos de otras disciplinas, especialmente de la fisiología y la fisioterapia. |
