| Summary, etc. | El Programa SEP articuló de catorce organizaciones no gubernamentales de desarrollo de todas las regiones de nuestro país, de la cuales cuatro eligieron el tema del manejo del recurso hídrico. El presente libro recoge estas cuatro sistematizaciones -dos de sierra, CADEP (Cusco) y CAPRODA (Arequipa), dos de costa, CICAP (lambayeque) y Centro Ideas (Piura)- y reflexiones el equipo conductor y asesor sobre la problemática de riegos a nivel nacional y sobre la metodología y sus resultados. Las sistematizaciones intentan ofrecer un escenario real de los logros alcanzados y de las limitaciones de cada experiencia . Asimismo buscan develar las dificultades mediaciones que conlleva la promoción social, dado el amplio abanico de condiciones y de actores sociales con intereses diversos. |
