Summary, etc.	Los nuevos materiales que aparecen continuamente en el mercado de la construcción, han ido cambiando tiempos de ejecución de tareas, las maquinarias y equipos manuales, cada vez más al alcance de las empresas van cambiando la fisonomía de las obras de construcción. Por ejemplo, ya nadie piensa en el apagado de cal "viva" en obra. Las "construcciones en seco" son un rubro más de casi todas las obras. Las estructuras de hormigón casi siempre se realizan mediante "el bombeo del material". Prácticamente no existen puntales de madera, "hoy se utilizan encofrados metálicos con puntales tubulares". En las "mezclas ya no usa el polvo de ladrillo".
