| Summary, etc. | Las tres ediciones anteriores sobre el comercio exterior agrario han mantenido el marco teórico, que permanece vigente, incorporando aspectos prácticos, reflejo de las circunstancias que han venido moldeando los flujos comerciales. La nueva versión actualizada sobre evolución del comercio internacional, aportando un mayor detalle de las diferentes Rondas Negociadoras de la OMC y la problemática que subyace en las mismas. El emergente protagonismo de países como China, India, Brasil o México en la esfera internacional es otro hecho a destacar. Por su interés ético, económico y sociopolítico se ha incorporado un nuevo capítulo sobre el comercial internacional y la cooperación para el desarrollo y los planteamientos del Comercio Justo. Se ha mantenido la idea básica de identificar la causas que originan los problemas en los mercados alimentarios y considerar las políticas y los instrumentos operativos del comercio, para resolverlos. El comercio va a continuar siendo una pieza clave en el fenómeno de globalización y desarrollo. Por ello hay que conocer su funcionamiento y efectos de las posiciones estrategias a seguir. |
