| Summary, etc. | El ingeniero de hoy en día que desarrolla su actividad en una empresa, privada o pública, cada vez más necesita conocer los fundamentos de dicha actividad empresarial, así como su organización y gestión. Sectores como el de la construcción, que tienen gran complejidad y son motor de la economía de nuestro país, cuentan con más frecuencia en nuestro tiempo con gerentes que son ingenieros, desarrollando esa doble función, la de dirección y control desde el punto de vista técnico y la de dirección y gestión desde el punto de vista empresarial.<br/>Esta obra contiene todos aquellos elementos que desde un punto de vista general, pero suficiente, ha de conocer el futuro Ingeniero de Edificación. Los autores han procurado estructurar la obra de acuerdo a los criterios docentes y profesionales que esta titulación requiere, desde el conocimiento de los elementos y obligaciones de la empresa y el empresario o profesional autónomo, hasta aquellos instrumentos propios del funcionamiento de la actividad (renting, leasing, factoring, etc.) para, finalmente, acercarse a los ratios de medición de rentabilidades, inversión y amortizaciones y la llevanza de la Contabilidad y su interpretación. |
