| Summary, etc. | La planificación estratégica está en el origen de todo. Toda conducta, para ser eficaz y alcanzar adecuadamente sus fines, ha de estar estratégicamente planificada, inteligentemente diseñada, dirigida y evaluada. En el ámbito de la Publicidad o, mejor dicho, de la comunicación de las organizaciones, esta afirmación adquiere doble valor: la moderna y compleja comunicación que emiten hoy constantemente las organizaciones se diseña, en sus ejes fundamentales, desde los laboratorios de los planners. No se trata de laboratorios oscuros o «maquiavélicos» sino, todo lo contrario, de laboratorios abiertos a la luz, que busca, precisamente, la iluminación más certera, el insight del consumidor: ese cordón umbilical ectoplásmico. |
