| Summary, etc. | La administración de compras y abastecimientos se ha convertido en una herramienta que ha adquirido cada vez más relevancia, pues es un determinante mayor de la supervivencia y el éxito de corporativos. El desempeño de la cadena de suministro no sólo influye sobre los riesgos operativos y financieros sino también sobre la reputación de las organizaciones. En esta edición se ha reforzado de manera considerable el enfoque en la toma de decisiones de la cadena de suministro, además se ha ajustado la secuencia de los capítulos para reflejar el orden cronológico del proceso de adquisición y se han agrupado los criterios para la toma de decisiones relativas al suministro en tres categorías: estratégicos, operacionales y adicionales. |
