| Summary, etc. | Esta tercera edición de Tratamiento de señales en tiempo discreto es una revisión importante de la segunda edición. Esta nueva edición surge como respuesta a cambios en la forma de enseñar esta materia y a cambios en el alcance de los cursos típicos de graduado y primer año de postgrado. <br/><br/>Continúa con la tradición de hacer énfasis en la accesibilidad de los conceptos para los estudiantes e ingenieros en ejercicio y enfocarse en los principios fundamentales con amplias posibilidades de aplicación. Una característica importante de la nueva edición es la incorporación y ampliación de algunos de los temas más avanzados, cuya comprensión es ahora esencial para trabajar en este campo. Todos los capítulos de la segunda edición han sufrido importantes revisiones y cambios, se ha añadido un capítulo completamente nuevo y se ha recuperado y actualizado significativamente un capítulo de la primera edición. <br/><br/>En esta tercera edición, los Profesores Mark Yoder y Wayne Padgett, del Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology, han desarrollado un sitio web que complementa al libro, muy integrado con éste y altamente interactivo.
