| Summary, etc. | El presente manual se ha elaborado con el fin de ofrecer una herramienta instructiva a los docentes o tutores virtuales que inician su actividad usando las tecnologías de la información y comunicación (TIC) en la enseñanza. El uso de las TIC en la educación está generando cambios en la forma como el docente, el estudiante y los contenidos se relacionan, así como en el papel que desempeña el tutor en entornos virtuales.<br/><br/>Los docentes en entornos virtuales dejan de ser instructores directos y pasan a ser facilitadores del proceso de aprendizaje a través de herramientas que ayudan al estudiante a acceder al conocimiento, a resolver sus dudas y a satisfacer las necesidades propias de un entorno académico.<br/><br/>Es así como este manual es un fruto de un cuidadoso análisis sobre el papel del tutor virtual, destaca los aspectos afectivos, pedagógicos, comunicativos y cognitivos que debe conocer y aplicar el tutor. Y así mismo es un valioso apoyo para todos los docentes que utilicen el sistema de educación virtual en la formación de sus estudiantes y coayudará a la eficiencia en el uso del tiempo en los programas de pregrado y de postgrado |
